Rules of Play
Please ensure the rules below are followed by you and your children. This is so that we can maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Thank-you!
- Parents/guardians must remain on the premises and accompany their child(ren) at all times.
- Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their child(ren) at all times.
- Socks must be worn in the play areas as well as appropriate clothing. We recommend long sleeves and trousers, no watches, jewellery or high heels and please take extra care if you wear glasses or hearing aids.
- No outside food or drinks to be consumed on the premises, please (except for weaning babies).
- No food or drink is to be taken onto the play frames.
- Please respect the age limits and designated areas for different age groups. The larger frame is suitable for children over 3. The smaller frame is suitable for those under 3.
- Please supervise and encourage gentle play to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children.
- Please play nicely and be mindful of how you and your child(ren) interact with others – disrespectful and abusive behavior towards others could result in being asked to leave.
- Please report any accidents, concerns, or issues to a staff member immediately. Please follow any additional instructions or guidelines provided by the staff.
- The play areas are intended for children’s use only; adults should avoid using equipment designed for children.
- Please refrain from bringing any sharp objects, toys with small parts, or hazardous materials into the play areas.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with the play area rules or pose a risk to themselves or others.
- Please keep your valuables safe (or better yet, at home). We cannot accept liability for any loss or theft.
