FAQ
Do I need to book? We do allow for walk-in bookings, subject to availability but advise that you book in advance to ensure you get a space, especially on weekends.
Do you have parking? We have some dedicated parking at the back of the building (which is actually the main entrance). Turn left before you get to Fisk & Daily, next door to us, follow the access road round to the right and you’ll see our parking signs. Please only park in our designated spaces, indicated by the signs. The businesses either side need use of their spaces so please do not use these.
There is also free access on the road at the front of the building. Left-hand side only (as you enter the estate).
Whilst there is public parking along much of the estate, some businesses also have private parking so please do check their signage.
Please do not block access for other businesses or access for deliveries/lorries.
Please enter the building via the entrance closest to where you park. The access road to our dedicated parking is vehicle access only so please do not walk down here. We have two entrances/exits!
How long is a session/can I arrive any time? Our sessions are 90 minutes long and currently 10-11.30; 12-13.30; 14-15.30. You can arrive at any time during one of these sessions but will need to leave at the end of the 90 minute slot. We have a gap of half an hour between our sessions to allow us to clean and tidy between slots. This ensures we can provide a safe, clean environment for all our guests.
Our slot times may vary day to day (and are slightly different on days we have a party booked in). Sessions will still be 90 minutes but the start time may vary. Our booking system will indicate the relevant start time.
Can I bring my own food? We ask that all food and drinks are purchased through our cafe. We have a selection of cakes, snacks, cheese toasties and are soon to roll out our pitta and veg platters. You are welcome to bring your own food for weaning babies.
Is there an age limit? Our play frames are suitable for children aged 0-8 years old.
Do you cater for allergens? We can make our toasties on gluten free bread. Our brownies are vegan and gluten free and some of our cakes are also vegan. Please note, our kitchen does handle gluten, dairy and some of the cakes we buy in contain nuts.
Do you offer parties? Yes, we do! Please see our soft play info page for info on our exclusive and non-exclusive hire options.
Do you accept cash? We are cash free and can only accept card payment.
What if I need to cancel/amend my booking? We are happy to move your booking to an alternative date if given 24 hours notice. Bookings must be used within 30 days of the original session date.
